GRM Information

With GRM you will have more flexibility in running a real estate business and are not tied down with franchise or desk fees. You will have the opportunity to make more money - in less time, with less effort, that isn't solely dependent on your personal production. GRM will enable real estate agents to become true “independent contractors” and run their businesses as they choose – within the framework of state laws and regulations. Most of all, GRM offers you the freedom to expand nationwide and powerful tools to help manage your business.

When licensed, GRM Associates can earn commissions in any of the following ways:

• Listing & selling real estate
• Referring prospective real estate clients
• Building a team and overriding real estate transactions

Who can participate and how:

Participation in Global Realty Marketing is open to ALL members of WLG. You are not required to have a real estate license to join GRM. However, you cannot be compensated – commissions, referral fees or overrides until you have a real estate license that is activated with GRM. If you do not wish to actively list and sell real estate, you can still become a member of GRM's referral company which will enable you to build a team and receive referral fee overrides on team production.

WLG members join GRM and pay $125. Those who had previously joined WRG/GRM and paid $125 MUST sign up again. They will be given a $100 credit toward the new "Administration, training and certification" fee and only pay $25 (for the new training material).

Upon completion of the sign-up process and payment of the appropriate fee, GRM members will be in the "Pending" status and remain there until:

1. GRM becomes fully licensed as a real estate company in the state in which the Member resides.
2. The GRM member becomes licensed and activates the license with GRM - status will then be changed to "Active".

How do I get started:

Before you can sign-up for GRM, you will need to join World Leadership Group.
